• Store Data: Inventory items, sales records, customer contacts, and cashbook entries entered into the POS system by you and your staff.

We use your data strictly to provide and improve the RedBill service. This includes securely hosting your database, sending transactional alerts (like payment receipts or password resets), processing top-up payments, and facilitating your requested SMS marketing campaigns.

To provide advanced features, RedBill integrates securely with third-party service providers:

• SMS Gateways: When you use our SMS marketing or digital receipt features, phone numbers and message content are transmitted securely to our telecommunication partners for immediate delivery.
• AI Analytics: If you utilize our AI chatbot or business advisor, anonymized sales data or queries may be processed through third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI) to generate business insights. No personally identifiable customer data is used to train public AI models.
