You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process your customers' data.

• Device and Usage Information: We automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, and login history to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Redbill POS platform.
• To facilitate SMS notifications (such as digital receipts, repair status updates, and payment reminders) to your customers via our integrated SMS gateway.
• To process billing and subscription payments for your Redbill POS account.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• To monitor application security, detect fraudulent activities, and maintain a secure environment (e.g., tracking login IPs).

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share necessary data (specifically phone numbers and message content) with our trusted telecom/SMS gateway partners (e.g., Hutch SMS Gateway) strictly for the purpose of delivering the SMS notifications you trigger from the app.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, you may contact us to request data deletion. Upon request, we will securely delete your store's data, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Our application is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete that data.
