Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing RedBill to digitize your business. We strive to provide the best POS experience possible. Because we offer a fully functional 3-Day Free Trial, users have ample opportunity to evaluate the software before committing financially. Therefore, our refund policy is strictly enforced.

1. Lifetime Software License

The purchase of the RedBill Lifetime Software License is non-refundable. We strongly encourage all users to utilize the 3-day free trial to ensure the software fully meets their business requirements, hardware constraints, and workflow prior to purchasing the license.

2. Yearly Cloud Hosting

The annual cloud hosting fee covers dedicated server resources reserved specifically for your business. This fee is generally non-refundable. However, if you choose to cancel your service entirely within the first 14 days of a new annual billing cycle, you may request a partial, pro-rated refund at our sole discretion.

3. SMS & AI Service Top-ups (Pre-paid Wallet)

Due to the hard costs associated with telecommunication gateways and third-party AI APIs, wallet top-ups are subject to the following rules:

• Used Credits: Under no circumstances can credits that have already been used for sending SMS campaigns, SMS receipts, or executing AI tasks be refunded.
• Unused Credits: Pre-paid account balances are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another store. Please only top up the amount you intend to use for your business needs.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been a billing error, duplicate charge, or an unauthorized transaction on your credit/debit card regarding a top-up, please contact our support team immediately before issuing a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate the transaction logs and promptly issue credits or refunds for genuine billing system errors.
